Abstract

This article aims to clarify and clarify to what extent the European model in the fight against corruption in the field of sports is optimal compared to the rest of the other continental federations, especially since Bosman's decision is considered a bomb that blew up the sports market, especially with regard to the high amounts of player transfers, and the number of deals concluded per year, especially the recognition issued by the European Court of freedom of movement of players as workers in the European space, and that with the approach of the end of each season, and the solutions of When European sports clubs will submit their accounts, officials of most are worried, if not terrified, by the guillotine of the Financial Fair Play system.

 Therefore, this system is very effective and has proven its effectiveness since its implementation in 2010 until now, especially what was raised about the contracts of the French team PSG with the recruitment of Brazilian player Neymar and Bougba, and about the entry of corrupt money into the deal.
