Abstract

Abstract:

Cybercrimes can consider as recent crimes that attack technology development and lead to speeding of terrorist networks over many countries exploiting all of electronic tools, they constitute dangerous upon national stability and threat international peace and security.

Cybercrimes raised a legal problem related with applying of classic act's provisions over this kind of crimes which require special domestic and international laws to reduce speeding of these crimes.

This study aims at discussing information technology and its characteristics and tools, and also to explain the role of international treaties & Arab and western countries in combatting these crimes.

Study ended to some of results and recommendations that conductive combatting cybercrimes.
