Abstract

Through our article, we aim to highlight the moral values and ideals that characterized ancient Egyptian civilization. We try to highlight the roles of the religious conscientiousness, community authority and human sense in entrenching the norms of conduct and shaping an ethical intellectual system, which has grown and evolved as a result of historical development and the accumulation of intellectual and wise experiences.

Finally, we find that the intellectual institution "The Wise" and the priestly and educational institution structured society (social relations) and led individuals (individual life) to instill moral values, through religious teachings, advice and myths, in order to win the love and consent of the gods. In addition to the chase for stability, happiness, internal peace, interdependence and social progress. In fact, the ancient Egyptian perceived greed as the most dangerous kind of vice that destroys family and social relationships and leads the individual to doom
