Abstract

The study aims to identify the obstacles to Bahraini women's exercise of sporting activity and to identify possible differences in the views of the sample of those obstacles between practices and non-practices of sport. In this study, the researchers followed the descriptive approach, where the study was conducted on a sample equal to (340) Women, selected by random cluster method, distributed a questionnaire based on a 21-phrase quinquennial scale spread across four dimensions and the study found that religious factors ranked first and then social factors, Followed by health and psychological factors and, as a last resort, factors relating to the conditions and place of sports practice, The results also indicated that there were statistically significant differences between practices and non-practices of sports activity in their perception of obstacles in favor of practices.
