Abstract

This research aims to explain the meaning of usury, its divisions, and the evidence for its prohibition from the Qur’an and Sunnah. It is organكلized into an introduction and two sections. The first section was divided into three topics, and the second section was divided into two topics. The first section came under the title of defining usury in language, terminology, its sections, and evidence for the prohibition of usury from the Qur’an and Sunnah. The first topic was the definition of usury. Language, terminology, and its sections. The second topic is entitled Evidence for the Prohibition of Usury from the Qur’an and Sunnah. The third topic is entitled The Reason for Prohibiting Usury in Islam. The second topic is entitled The Philosophers’ View of Usury, Usury, and Interest, which complicated the requirement.

 

The first is entitled The Philosophers’ View of Usury, and the second is entitled Usury and Interest, a conclusion, and a list of sources. The descriptive approach and the incomplete induction
