Abstract

The claim is one of the bad and dangerous phenomena that has a major impact on society and religion, because of the lies, slander, and speculation that results from it without knowledge on which it is based. This research sought to collect the verses in which the word claim and its derivatives appeared and study them in a Qur’anic study as one unit as follows: The first axis: The theoretical and conceptual framework The second axis: The word claim and its derivatives in the Qur’an The third axis: The meanings of the word claim and its derivatives in the Qur’an An objective study:

..The most important finding is that the claim was mentioned in the Holy Qur’an (17) times, with two meanings, one of which is the suspicion of lying, and bail.
