Abstract

The pillar of the progress of the Arab state is the interest in youth because they represent its present and future In terms of being a segment that has its weight in society, even if they represent an age group that represents the highest production of activity in the labor force in general, and for this reason they have gained a distinguished position in the development process, they are its target because development projects are directed to direct their future and at the same time they are its means because they are the tools of change and the consequences of establishment and development fall on them. This research came to shed light on the objectives, including: First. Providing levels and requirements for youth and sports activities that achieve care for youth. Second. Enhancing communication and dialogue between them and investing energies in a way that enables their physical, mental, moral and cultural formation within the framework of the state's general policy. The research concluded with a set of results, including: First. Organizing internal and external trips and organizing various work camps internally and externally. Second. Organizing recreational activities and introducing improvements to sports complexes in various regions in line with modern technological and information development
