Abstract

In this research, the researcher dealt with the most important topic of the principles of jurisprudence and its link to the law, through the principles of fundamentalism and jurisprudence and their relationship with the Sudanese legal rules, and to what extent the Sudanese legislator is affected by Islamic law, and therefore we find that the Sudanese legislator expressly stipulated a number of fundamentalist and jurisprudential rules In a number of laws, such as the Personal Status Law for Muslims, the Civil Transactions Law, and the Criminal Procedures Law, as the researcher wanted to do in detail in this research, and all this, although it indicates the impact of fundamentalist and jurisprudential rules on Sudanese legal rules.
