Abstract

The topic of the research deals with women’s employment in Algeria, which has recently emerged as an active and social actor at the economic, social and cultural levels, considering work as a basic necessity and the balance of public life for the individual and the working woman in particular. The study concluded with the collection of a number of indicators that were

among the causes and effects of women’s exit to work in professions of a fragile nature, and unemployment was one of the most important social motives and problems that conflicted with the female group under difficult social and interpretive conditions.
