Abstract

Tourism activity today is one of the most prominent activities in various countries, due to the density of human numbers that aspire to spend a tourist vacation, no matter how short, and this tremendous expansion of areas of tourism activity was not at this level or close to it ten years ago, for example, but the social and economic variables on the one hand, And the density of the tourist media’ on the other hand, all of this contributed to the existence of this global tourism jump. The global trend to reduce working hours and provide more vacations, while besieging the tourist media for individuals, made much planning early in the year to spend a tourist vacation, no matter how short, which is what made contemporary Sharia scholars delve into its rulings and set legal controls over it, through its purposes and implications for it.
