Abstract

This research deals with the blockchain or what is known as a chain of blocks as a technical organization that allows reliable digital transactions between two or more parties. No party can modify the data and information contained therein.

Since dealing through blockchain technology raises several legal questions related to the extent of the orderliness of dealing with it and the obstacles facing customers through it, so I tried in this research to identify the nature of the blockchain, its advantages and obstacles, then the legal system of the blockchain and the authenticity of dealing with it through smart contracts and its nature Legal because it plays an important role in preserving the rights of all parties, as the contract is the most important part of the blockchain technology to ensure its automatic implementation.
