Résumé

The study aims to identify the impact of environmental managementpractices in achieving sustainable development. Environmental managementpractices include (waste recycling, environmental policy, and cleaningproduction) and sustainable development includes (the economic dimension,the social dimension, andenvironmental dimension). To achieve the goalof the study, 30 questionnaires were analyzeddistributed to managers atthe Najibiya Power Station. Using SPSS, the study reached conclusions, themost important of whichthe existence of a relationship betweenenvironmental management and sustainable development. The studyrecommended the needpay attention to environmental management.Keywords: environmental management, sustainable development
