Abstract

The majority of literature relating to technology revolves around a specific set of topics; such as technology itself, its sources and manifestations, in addition to the obstacles that block it from the educational system.

As well as its contributions to the sciences, particularly the applied sciences. But the truth is that this in itself is not a singular issue، rather it contains a multitude of problems regarding the transfer and localization of technology and the ways in which  the social, economic and cultural contexts of the carrier country are transferred. These are impactful transformations which hit at the heart of socioeconomic structures، and affect them at a societal، scientific, and technological level.

Additionally, challenges occasionally include educators’ resistance to adopting and applying technology due to a lack of complete understanding of the benefits it can provide. Cooperation between educational institutions and industry can help identify demands within the labour market- in which case technology can be directed to meet these needs via its practical applications. These are multifaceted and complex problems which affect everyone from individuals to Large organizations، and which cause many kinds of concerns in various Countries، developing  and developed. Each of these nations address it through Their own social، economic and cultural perspectives- as well as in relation to Their scientific  and technological progress.
