Public Service in Algeria Between Globalization and Modernity

In view of the great challenges that the issue of the public service poses in the modernization of public administrations, especially in light of the profound transformations that have resulted from the numerous reform programs that the Algerian public administration has known, which revolve mainly around the reform and modernization of the administration and public service, the public service is now urgently called upon to reconsider its organization. And its progress and methods of intervention, to achieve a comprehensive modernization, and to put it in the general context of modern trends in administrative thought.
