Abstract

This research aims to develop a unique strategy, in which helps non-Arabic speakers to enhance their linguistic skills via the usage of four skills speaking, listening, reading, and writing. The two researchers present points to be adhered during the skill of conversation. they also highlight the means of developing the skill of speaking, how non-Arabic speaker mastered the art of speech, how others understand it, as well as the ways and means in which help developing listening, reading, and writing skills. The researchers found that speaking skills convey the thoughts and meanings of speaker, while listening is the tool by which the recipient receives the oral message, and they are considered human core activity.
