Abstract

The legal personality performs many major tasks that many natural individuals are unable to perform, and the legal personality may perform many crimes, such as theft, forgery, serious assaults and other crimes that deserve accountability and punishment if committed by natural persons, is it possible to hold the personality accountable The legal personality, especially since the law has recognized the legal personality and granted it many of the rights that others demand, and every right in the law corresponds to a duty. Representatives or members who carry out the work of a legal person may carry out many deviations and criminal acts for which they are held accountable if they were natural persons. This topic came up: “Criminal responsibility of legal persons: a comparative study between the Kingdom and the Republic of Egypt.”
