Abstract

The pre-Islamic era is one of the eras that were distinguished in many cultural, environmental, social, and economic aspects, and among the most prominent and distinctive features of the pre-Islamic era is poetry. In it, the Arabs recorded their battles, their lives, their livelihood, and their environment. Poetry depicted everything related to life in the pre-Islamic era in all its aspects, and it is considered one of the most prominent phenomena that spread in that era, the phenomenon of the slasher.
