Abstract

The curent study aims to detect the relationship between quality of life and the stress among working mothers and non-working                     

The questions of the study were as follows:

- Is there a statistically significant correlation between quality of life and psychological stress among mothers?

  1. Are there significant differences in the level of quality of life for working mothers and non-workers?
  2. Are there significant differences in the level of psychological stress among working mothers and non-workers?

To answer the questions set we selected a sample composed of 50 while working and non-working has been applied consisting of quality of life scale study for Hrtani Amina (2014) and a measure of psychological stress for Badria Ahmed Kamal (2013)We was reached the following conclusions:1-there are  a correlation inverse between quality of life and psychological stress among mothers.2-there are statistically significant differences in the level of quality of life for working mothers and non-workers in favor of non-working mothers.3-there are statistically significant differences in the level of psychological stress among working mothers and non-workers and in favor of working mothers .
